Unhappy Customers: We bought a brand new camper in August 2014 in Birch Run MI. Our sales lady and sales manager told us to use the camper for the rest or the year and write down anything that needs fixed due to it being new and that we had a year warranty. They list RV's they don't actually have in stock. When I arrived they told me it was sold. I saw the same RV posted a few days later, again. When I called they said it was "sold". I explained this is the second time they've done it. The sales manager said he did not care. He said they plan to keep using this deceptive advertising practice. Here is my complaint......I bought a used Keystone Laredo in July, 2013. There were some leaking issues. I paid to stay in a hotel while the recreational vehicle was re-sealed. And waited until December to receive the replacement for a water damaged dining panel. And a television that was non functional was replaced. We had friends who bought used, traded it in within a year with another RV dealer. Do not see the same sales personnel there for very long. One used unit we looked at appeared to be a repo from an auction - a piece of junk. Don't know what's going on but sometimes these are clear signs of a slippery slope for the business. Poor service. Bought new coachmen from north canton oh they said it was all checked out ready to go camping got home the frig the gen didn't work turned lp had a leak, they didn't check anything bad service Add comment

We bought a new 2015 Sanibel 3601 on Feb. 10 from General RV in Dover (Tampa), FL, and were unable to take it off the lot because the front slide mechanism was damaged and it was not safe to move it. The worst service department l have ever experienced.They don't check their work before they send you down the road.They always charge you shop supplies for every job they do.A two hour radio swap costs me $85 in shop supplies (unbelievable ) can I charge them a nuisance fee for sending me down the road with faulty repair work.DO NOT GO THERE FOR SERVICE WORK Add comment
