My phone call was not returned after leaving a voicemail. When I called back 2 days later, the service man was abrupt, rude and not very helpful. I do not have 100 words to say. I explained very concisely my situation and my requests for service. I only got through 3 of them although, I figured I would have 5 things worked on if I was going to bring my RV in. June 11th we purchased our 2nd of the three campers from General RV. Our first camper was from them (Canton, Ohio location) which after we pulled off the lot it took them roughly 5 months to get a missing rim center cap, bunkhouse arm rest piece and sink covers that were missing from the travel trailer from the time we picked it up. We bought this unit in June of 2016. It's a Primetime Crusader 360 bunkhouse. The salesman convinced us that the Primetime Crusader was a better investment than the others we were looking at because it had better insulation....blah, blah blah! Bought a Class A motor home a couple weeks ago, That was a good experience. They where very attentive and where texting and calling all the time. Now there is a few things they promised and I make contact and they never call back. Bought a new Class A 3 weeks ago. Had a major problem. So we brought it in without an appt. Just to drop it off because we work and that day was convenient for us. A super bad attititude by the service desk receptionist who told us it would take some time to talk to the service manager as he was too busy. After a wait he was very rude and impatient. We paid for a 2007 Keystone 5th Wheel cash so they have their money. First, we took it on a short trip to learn about how everything was ok. As they told us they would go through it all and make sure everything worked as was ok. The skylight window in the bathroom broken great when it has been raining for days. this was by far the worst buying experience We have ever encountered. We have bought several cars, trucks, boats and this is our third camper and never have we had the experience we did with your company. We came to your Akron, Ohio facility just to look around and see what you had. Jeremy was our salesperson. He was very personal and very knowledgeable. We have tried and tried to get these problems resolved. We now have to be in a different state for work and are going to have to take our problems with the trailer with us. Not a good way to do business.We spent sixty five thousand dollars on this trailer and have had nothing but trouble with it and General RV. Purchased 2 different class A motorhomes from Birch Run store. YOu must understand that the RV industry operates like the automotive industry back in the '70's. No quality controls when manufacturing completed, problems are rampant and left to dealer to fix. Our latest is a $250,000.00 Holiday Rambler in April 2016.
