Two days after a message was left for Prime Time service, they returned our call.

Picked up a 2016 Prime Time Sanibel 3251-C, ($78,000) from General RV, Draper, UT on 04/11/16. Kudos to John F(sales rep), Zak (sales manager) and especially Ben (delivery service).

They went out of their way to help us take delivery. Especially Ben. We had a number of issues on the RV that he addressed promptly and professionally. We had an issue with a warranty question.

General RV DOES NOT cover your RV. Prime Time/the manufacturer does. Any warranty problem is kicked up to Prime Time and you are dealing with an unknown entity. General RV wanted us to take their word that our issue was covered in the warranty but no one at General or Prime Time could find the specific coverage in their warranty.

A call on another issue was placed to Prime Time Service on 04/12/16 am but was never returned. A call to General RV about the same problem was promptly returned by General RV and the issue was resolved.

Again, many kudos to Ben. He was super.
