I took my 2016 Holiday Rambler (new) in for a couple of thing that needed to be fixed. I took it in around 15 Sept. Now I bought this on July 24 2016 and it has been in twice for minor repairs that took total of 4 weeks to fix. So here it is Nov 14 and still no RV. They have had it for 2 months for minor issues. In April we bought a 2015 Class A Bounder from General RV.(only 3100 miles). We have had a couple of issues but are satisfied with everything so far. Bob, our delivery specialist is excellent!! We did find that their pre-delivery inspection / preparation needs monitoring. purchased a 2017 coachman prism from general rv canton ohio. great service in the sales and finance department. after the purchase and you and you need warrenty service they leave a lot to be desired. when we picked the rv up there was a lot of issues that needed addressed and 3 months after the purchased still need to finished. after we went camping the first time something happened something happened to one of the windows and it wouldn't...

General RV in Draper. Of course they convince you to take it and just bring it back to have the issues handled later ... and like an ***, that's what I did . Several months later I was notified that the RV was having a recall for the LP carrier under the frame. The service department called and said the recall part was in and we set up an appointment. I drove to the dealership and dropped the RV off for repair and left it all day.
